I’ve always been obsessed with dressing the kiddos in my family. So, naturally, over the years I’ve established a reliable list of online store options for finding the best baby clothing brands.
These baby apparel retailers don’t just offer cute designs, they offer relatively cheap baby clothes for everyday and special occasions. Especially if you catch them on sale!
That said, if you’re looking to score the best best baby clothes at a great price, scroll down.
Below I’ve rounded up the best baby clothing brands for finding adorable pieces at affordable prices.

Baby Gap
Baby Gap is, hands down, one of my favorite baby brands. Honestly, I think they have the best children’s clothing in general.
The styles they offer are made of high-quality fabrics that wash well and last. Plus, the majority of their designs are super classic.
Because of this you can easily reuse and/or resell Gap pieces, which I appreciate.
Burt’s Bees
I first discovered Burt’s Bees organic baby clothing at Target, but they also have their own website with even more organic options!
I love that this brand is high quality, but that they also offer a bunch of gender neutral baby clothes – like basic onesies and booties (the Quilted Bee Organic Booties are my favorite).
For those like me who hope to have multiple kids, investing in gender neutral clothes will definitely get you more bang for your buck in the long run!
Oh, and Burt’s Bees has awesome holiday pajama sets for the whole family if you’re into that, too.

Carter’s
Carter’s is probably the most popular brand for babies on the list, but don’t sleep on it! They have so many cute pieces – from footie pajamas to sweater sets – at really low prices.
Personally, I’m a HUGE fan of their organic clothing brand, Little Planet! All of the pieces are simple and timeless. And, of course, they’re all made of gentle organic materials which I know a lot of parents (myself included) prefer for these days!
Hanna Andersson
While some might argue that Hannah Andersson isn’t exactly affordable, I included it on this list for good reason.
First, they’re a clothing industry pioneer in using sustainable materials and practices. Their pieces are strategically designed to last for years and be handed down (or resold)!
Second, their organic products are free of harmful chemicals and thus gentle on baby’s sensitive skin (and older kids, too).
Considering all of this, Hanna Andersson pieces are worth the investment if you’re able. They do offer some great sales, too, if you keep an eye on their website!
Pact
If you want to be able to buy in bundles and save a little money, shop Pact baby. They have cute basics that can be mixed and matched, plus their products are made with organic cotton in a fair trade factory if that’s important to you!
BuyBuyBaby
At BuyBuyBaby you can shop a bunch of baby items under one roof (think Amazon or Target, but all baby gear). They offer well known brands (like Nike, Hershel Supply Co., etc.) and a variety of organic baby clothes brands, too.
Side Note: If you’re creating a baby registry, check out my post 50+ Baby Shower Gift Ideas That Are Super Useful. It’s a huge roundup of what I put on my baby registry as well as some items I was gifted that I’ve used a ton! It’ll make creating a baby registry so much easier for you.
Amazon
But of course Amazon has cute kids clothes, they have everything else, lol. And yes, that does include organic clothes and exclusive Amazon essentials.
Etsy
If you want your baby’s clothes to be super unique, check out Etsy! They’re especially great for finding special outfits, like monogrammed baby footies and graphic onesies. They also have tons of personalized baby accessories (hats, bows, blankets, etc.) to choose from.

Target
Target is one of the brick and mortar stores I hit up most often when I’m looking to shop some of the best baby clothing brands in person. Whether you’re looking for fun patterns, bright colors, or neutral colors, they have a great selection within a great price range
CottonOn
CottonOn Kids is the perfect choice for trendier options like baby band t shirts and onesies with fun graphic prints! So if you like baby’s clothing that looks more like adult clothing, definitely check them out. Note that they do have some solid basics, too!
H&M
Like CottonOn, H&M baby offers both trendy baby clothes and classic baby clothes. They are also licensed to sell pieces with a variety of popular characters on them, like Mickey Mouse, Snoopy, Winnie the Pooh, and so many more! They truly have an awesome variety and the price points are great, too. My only complaint is that you do have to check their new arrivals section often because sizes sell out so fast!
Old Navy
Old Navy has been one of the best baby clothing brands for as long as I can remember! I especially love shopping Old Navy for festive holiday pieces. Be it for Christmas or Valentine’s Day, they always have cute and affordable finds (tops, jammies, sets, etc.)!
Hopefully this list of the best baby clothing brands helped you to find some great pieces for whoever you’re shopping for!
If you need some additional baby outfit inspiration, I share my baby boys outfits weekly in the free LTK app as well as on Pinterest and Instagram. And a lot of what I share can be gender neural. So be sure to follow me on those platforms for ongoing ideas!
