This is the Best Skincare Line for Sensitive Skin Right Now (IMO)

As I’ve gotten older, my skincare routine has definitely changed. But the one thing that has remained the same is my need for sensitive skin products.

Like many, my delicate skin requires the right product combination to thrive. And while I’ve tried countless skincare brands over the years, I honestly think that Beautycounter has the best skincare line for sensitive skin. At least in the current market!

A picture of the best skincare line for sensitive skin right now including Beautycounter face wash, anti aging night cream, gel toner, eye cream, tinted moisturizer, face oil, and a resurfacing peel.

No, I’m not a Beautycounter consultant.

However, I ordered my first Beautycounter products back in 2019 and quickly fell in love with their effective, yet soothing ingredients. Even more than Tula, which I was using at the time.

From Beautycounter’s gentle cleanser to their luxe face cream, their products have helped me to maintain a youthful appearance without causing skin irritation. And I am so grateful!

That said, today I wanted to spread the good news by sharing my favorite Beautycounter products; The ones I actually use in my skin-care routine.

So if you’re looking for a new skincare product line, scroll down. Below I’m sharing my favorite products from the brand that I feel has the best skincare line for sensitive skin.

Countermatch Refresh Foaming Cleanser by Beautycounter

Countermatch Refresh Foaming Cleanser – Click to Shop

This is one of the best cleansers I’ve ever used! It removes face and eye makeup in addition to dirt and impurities. Plus it exfoliates and brightens without drying out skin. It’s one of those face washes that could work for all sensitive skin types.

If you have oily skin or acne-prone skin specifically, you could try this OR the Countercontrol Clear Pore Cleanser. The latter is actually the first Beautycounter face wash I ever tried, and while it did work initially it eventually made my skin feel a little dry and tight. I honestly didn’t realize that it was recommended for more oily and/or blemish-prone skin when I bought it, which is not my skin type. So I think that’s why it didn’t work out – it just wasn’t the right formula for me.

Key Ingredients: Squalane for moisture, Plum Oil for vibrance, and Phytic Acid for exfoliation and a healthy glow.

Personal Usage Frequency: Two times per day; Morning and night.

Countermatch Hydra-Gel Radiance Toner by Beautycounter

I truly believe this is one of the best toners you’ll get your hands on right now! And clearly I’m not the only who loves it – it’s rated 4.5 out of 5 stars with over 1200 reviews on the Beautycounter website.

Every other toner I’ve ever used has left me with dry skin. Even with minimal use! But I’ve used this one on a regular basis for over a year now and its gentle formula has yet to irritate my skin.

Truly, that’s one of the biggest reasons why I think Beautycounter is the best skincare line for sensitive skin. They’ve managed to make products like toner – that can be pretty harsh – super gentle, but effective.

Key Ingredients: Squalane for moisture, Plum Oil for vibrance, and Phytic Acid for exfoliation and a healthy glow.

Personal Usage Frequency: One time per day; At night.

Counter+ Overnight Resurfacing Peel by Beautycounter

One of the best beauty tips I can give you is this – if you have to start with one single product, start with this!

This product is essentially a night repair peel that will give you a gorgeous glow by morning. It improves skin texture and boosts skin clarity literally overnight.

Key Ingredients: Glycolic Acid for exfoliating, Lactic Acid for smoothing, Citric Acid for skin renewal, and Arginine and Fatty Acids for moisture.

Personal Usage Frequency: Ongoing; Every other night. Occasionally, like before a wedding or big event, I will use this 2-3 days in a row to really make my skin pop. But I do no recommend doing that regularly as it could cause irritation and/or dryness.

I’ve tried a lot of skin-care products over the years, but truly Beautycounter is the best skincare line for sensitive skin I’ve used thus far. And I love that they don’t even have to use a bunch of harmful chemicals to be effective (natural ingredients for the win!).

I understand that some of these beauty products come with a hefty price tag, but trust me when I say that a little goes a long way with them. And, from my experience, they are totally worth the investment.

I will say, though, that since we all have different skin types and skin sensitivity can vary, just be sure to do a patch test before going all out on these products to ensure they don’t cause irritated skin and/or any allergic reactions. You could always order travel-sized products to try first.

Anyways, I really hope this skincare roundup was helpful to you. I’ve been meaning to share more about these products on here because I’m truly obsessed with them, so I’m glad I finally got around to it. 😉
