Having some cute fall athleisure outfits in your capsule wardrobe is an absolute must. They’re perfect for any situation where you want to feel comfortable, but put together.
In the fall specifically, athleisure clothes are those that you’ll reach for when it’s time to hit the pumpkin patch, go apple picking, sit by the bonfire, travel, etc. You know, all those shenanigans where you’ll be taking lots of pictures and want to be comfy, but not frumpy.
There’s definitely an art to making loungewear look cute, though. Especially those oversize sweatshirts and sweatpants that are popular during cold weather months.
That’s why I always recommend snagging outfit inspiration from blogs like this one if styling doesn’t come easy to you. It’ll save you a ton of time, energy and money!
Plus, I created this blog to make your life easier. So why not take advantage?

Where to Find Cute Fall Athleisure Outfits
Let’s start here! The best athleisure clothes are those that can go the distance, balancing quality and style.
Personally, most of my favorite athleisure pieces are from Abercrombie and Fitch.
Season after season Abecrombie seems to create athleisure collections that can be mixed and matched in so many ways! Their styles are cute, but classic. So you can get more bang for your buck AND keep your closet clear of clutter.

You can never go wrong with color blocking! It’s such an easy way to make an outfit look more chic, even a super casual athleisure outfit like this one.
If you don’t think you could pull off the brown bodysuit, a white bodysuit or black bodysuit would work, too.

It doesn’t seem like biker shorts will be going out of style anytime soon. They’re so comfortable and look extra adorable when paired with fall layers – like a solid colored t shirt and denim shacket.

A hoodie and jogger shorts combination like this one will never go out of style. Again, you can color block a look like this, or you can go completely monochromatic (all one color, like all black or all white).
If you’re more into zip up hoodies, note that one of those would look good here, too. Just throw a cami underneath and you’re good to go!

Another way to style biker shorts is with and oversized sweatshirt. And if you can’t find an oversized sweatshirt you love, just size up in whatever you find to get a similar look!

Here’s another way to style that denim shacket I showed you earlier. If you don’t think you could pull off a dad hat, you could style this look with a fun headband or even ponytail. Either way, doing something cute with your hair will definitely help to up-level it.

This athleisure outfit is nice and loose. It’s perfect for days where you don’t want to be bound to the more fitted bodysuits and biker shorts (although I do promise those are still comfortable!).

Here’s a fresh way to style the charcoal gray sweatpants in look #1. You could tuck the white t shirt fully in or do a half tuck if you’re not into tying it up.

And last, but certainly not least, is this classic sweatpants outfit layered with a basic white t shirt. You could tie the sweatshirt around the waist if you get too warm. But if you live in a crazy climate like I do (hellooo, Ohio!), it’s a good idea to keep that extra layer on hand. You truly just never know if you’re going to need it!
