5 Easy, Affordable Ways to Make Your Front Porch Pop

Your front porch is the face of your home, and for new visitors it’s the first impression. So don’t let your front porch decor be an afterthought! 1. Invest in Outdoor Lanterns

Lanterns add so much to any outdoor area. Mix a variety of sizes and add LED candles that can go on and off with a timer. The candle light gives such a warm, beautiful glow. But you definitely don’t want to have to fuss with turning them on and off daily!


2. Add Some Outdoor Plants and Planters

This will give your front porch some height! If you have the room, adding a colorful planter with a slender tree brings your eye up and adds another layer to your space.


3. Lay Out a Custom Welcome Mat

We have all seen them. There are so many fun custom options available now, one of our favorite ideas is to name your home and add it to your welcome mat!


4. Update Your Exterior Lighting

One of the many items that gets overlooked are the outdoor lanterns and sconces. Adding an updated style could completely change the look of your home!


5. Throw in a Garden Stool

If you have the space and funds for a small seating area even better. But either way, a small colorful garden stool becomes a great accent that adds a new finish and color to the space.
