I don’t know about you, but I think some of the best Christmas gifts are gifts for him and her.
As the buyer I appreciate that they often save money. You can “kill two birds with one stone”, per say.
And as the recipient I appreciate that they’re often more unique gifts; Something you don’t already have, or something you can look forward to!
That said, for today’s gift guide I’ve decided to share some couple gift ideas for you to consider this holiday season.

A Gift Set
Gift sets are a great choice because they offer variety. They can also create fun experiences – for instance, making your own cheese with a DIY cheese kit.
Personally, I love getting gift sets from Williams Sonoma. Here are some of the great options they’re offering this year…

Something With Their Wedding Date on It
Obviously you would only do this for a married couple, but there are SO many cute wedding date gifts on Etsy. You could do an ornament, a ring dish for their dresser, a picture frame, or even custom coasters. Here are a few of my personal favorites…

Gift Cards for Date Nights
This is an especially great idea for couples who like exploring their own city (or nearby cities). You could treat them to a local activity, meal, or even dessert (like their favorite ice cream parlor). Or you could do all 3 and make it a really special day!
Luxury Fleece Robes
Or any high-quality robe for that matter! And if you want to take it a step further, you could get them customized. There are lots of options on Etsy and even at more mainstream stores like Pottery Barn. Here are some best sellers…

An Airbnb Gift Card
An Airbnb gift card is a great gift because it gives the couple a reason to escape reality, even if they choose to do an overnight somewhere nearby. And it’s one of the more romantic gifts on this list if that’s what you’re going for.
PS: You can order Airbnb gift cards online for delivery via email, so it’s an especially perfect gift if you’re shopping at the last minute!
A Custom Cutting Board (Or Charcuterie Board)
Dane and I got one of these as a wedding gift and we absolutely love it!
You could get something that represents their favorite sports team or something that has their names on it. OR, if you want to make it an even more thoughtful gift, you can get a handwritten message or recipe put on it!

Custom Wine to Celebrate a Special Occasion
There are so many fun ways that you can gift wine. And the best part is that you can do it on the cheap, too!
Over on Etsy you can find wine labels that allow you to customize any bottle you’d like, even a $5 bottle from Aldi (don’t knock it until you try it!!).
There are wine labels made to celebrate engagements, weddings/anniversaries, holidays (like Christmas), and other milestones like the birth of a baby.
They’re the perfect way to give a thoughtful gift even if you’re on a tight budget!
FYI, Zulily currently has a food and wine shop where you can get deals on bottles, too!

Paper Gifts
I know it might sound old school, but trust me when I say that paper gifts are still great gifts for him and her. I love to receive things like notecards and stationary because they’re sure to get used. Here are some solid Etsy finds that would do the trick…
Oh, and PS: Custom rubber address stamps are a solid couple gift, too! And it goes hand-in-hand with stationary.

Bluetooth Speaker
Dane and I got my parents a bluetooth speaker last year, and I’m pretty sure it’s their favorite gift they’ve ever received from us. They take that thing everywhere with them – on walks, to the beach, around the house when they’re doing yard work, etc. Here are some great options from Nordstrom that include free shipping…

Custom Living Room Decor
And last, but certainly not least, is custom living room decor – like wall hangings and wood signs.
Once again, one of my favorite places for these items is on Etsy. They have such a nice selection, not to mention you support a small business in the process.
My favorite shop to order stuff like this on Etsy is Lovely Grain Studio. That’s because I know the owner (we went to college together back in the day), and I know I’m going to get a great quality product for the price. Not to mention they always have unique finds.
Here are some of my favorites from Lovely Grain and others…
